Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Real Estate Agent, located in Boston, MA. The Real Estate Agent will be responsible for assisting clients with purchasing, selling, and leasing properties. Day-to-day tasks include property listings, client meetings, property showings, providing market analysis, negotiating deals, and ensuring a smooth transactional process. The role requires excellent customer service, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team.
Qualifications
- Valid Real Estate License, can be trained while applying for a license.
- Customer Service, Real Estate, and Sales skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently
- Familiarity with the Boston real estate market is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field is a plus
