Role Description This part-time, on-site Junior Account Manager role is based in Rockwall, TX. The Junior Account Manager will support senior account managers in overseeing commercial landscape accounts, including assisting with client communication, service scheduling, and follow-up. Daily responsibilities include coordinating with field crews, tracking work orders, reviewing job progress, and helping ensure services are delivered on time and to quality standards. The role also involves preparing basic estimates or proposals, updating account records and reports, and addressing routine client questions or concerns. The Junior Account Manager will collaborate closely with operations, sales, and administrative teams to maintain strong client relationships and support business growth.
Qualifications
- Experience or strong interest in account coordination, customer service, or client relationship management, ideally in landscaping, property management, or a related field.
- Solid organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple accounts or projects at once.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills, with a professional, responsive, and solutions-oriented approach to client and team interactions.
- Comfort working on-site in a field-service driven environment and collaborating with both office and field teams.
