Job Description: As the Director of Culinary, you will lead and elevate the culinary standards and innovation
across our global sales, marketing, and customer experience teams. You will oversee the development and
execution of culinary strategies, menu development, and product development to ensure the delivery of
exceptional food service equipment to our dealers, consultants, food partners, and end users.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic direction to drive culinary excellence and innovation.
- Support the global sales team in setting development, training, and culinary support.
- Develop and implement culinary strategies that align with our business goals and meet the unique needs of our diverse customers.
- Drive menu development per product category for customer and partner usage on our equipment
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as engineering, to ensure culinary and customer-driven needs are met with new product innovation.
- Work alongside marketing to produce content for marketing campaigns, social media, and the website.
- Establish and maintain food broker relationships to ensure the highest quality and freshest ingredients for our culinary operations and drive new business through partnerships.
- Plan, support, and attend trade shows, conferences, and events at our Innovation Kitchens worldwide.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Culinary Arts, Hospitality Management, or related field.
- Minimum 7 years of experience
- Smithville, TN, Preferred or surrounding area (including Nashville)
- Master’s degree or elevated culinary operations preferred.
- Proven experience in a senior culinary leadership role within the food service or hospitality industry.
- Demonstrated success in driving culinary innovation, menu development, and operational excellence.
- Strong business insight and understanding of how culinary strategies impact overall business performance.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and collaborative skills, including, but not limited to, presenting in front of large groups and chain customers
- Passion for staying abreast of culinary trends and evolving customer preferences, while having fun in a team environment
