Compensation & Benefits

Key Responsibilities
Complete preventative maintenance and basic system diagnostics on residential HVAC equipment Identify issues and perform repairs in a timely and effective manner Communicate clearly with customers, offering solutions and recommendations they can trust Accurately document service calls, work performed, and system conditions Operate independently in the field while staying connected with a team-oriented environment
Qualifications
EPA Type II Certification is required Minimum of 2 years of hands-on HVAC service experience Valid driver's license with a clean record Strong reliability, professionalism, and communication skills Familiarity with ServiceTitan is helpful but not required
