Star Furniture is seeking a driven, customer-focused Sales Professional to join our Morgantown team. This role is ideal for motivated individuals who enjoy building relationships, creating great guest experiences, and earning based on performance.

What You’ll Do

• Deliver a fun, engaging shopping experience for every guest.
• Build relationships and generate new business through follow-up, leads, and referrals.
• Maintain strong product knowledge and submit accurate orders.
• Resolve guest concerns and support store presentation and safety.
• Partner with team and leadership to achieve sales goals.

What We’re Looking For

• Customer-focused with strong communication and listening skills.
• Self-motivated, dependable, and coachable
• Sales or customer-facing experience preferred.
• Basic computer and math skills
• Ability to work every Saturday and most holidays (closed Easter, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve & Christmas Day)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year

• High school or equivalent (Required)

Experience:
