- Generate partnership leads for the company primarily through cold calling efforts
- Build deep pipeline of future partnership opportunities
- Outbound partnership prospect qualification and account research
- Work closely with business development team to generate and qualify new leads
- Manage and maintain prospect database (HubSpot) ensuring accuracy and integrity
- Manage outbound mailing program and track response rates
- Assist in additional marketing and administrative tasks as needed
- At least one year of experience in an inside sales or dental practice position
- Local to the Greater Dallas, TX area and able to commute to the Plano office up to 4 days per week
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required, Bachelors degree preferred
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PPT, SharePoint)
- Comfortability with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) or similar database software tool
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Demonstrate teamwork and collaboration
- Ethical, results-oriented, strategic thinker and planner
