5 Pillar Solutions is hiring an Entry Level Lead Generation Associate to support client marketing and sales campaigns through face-to-face customer engagement.
This role focuses on identifying potential customers, initiating conversations, and supporting sign-ups or sales as part of in-person campaigns.
This is a full-time, in-person position based out of our Farmer's Branch, TX office. A daily commute to the office is required. Paid training is provided.
Responsibilities
- Engage with customers in retail environments
- Help identify and collect potential customer leads
- Support sales conversations by sharing product and service information
- Represent client brands professionally and accurately
- Work with a team to meet daily campaign goals
Qualifications
- Entry-level position; no prior experience required
- Comfortable working in a customer-facing, sales-oriented role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work full-time and commute daily to Farmer's Branch, TX
