Job Overview:
We’re looking for a motivated and customer-focused Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you’ll meet with homeowners and business owners to evaluate pest issues, recommend solutions, and sell ongoing pest prevention services. Responsibilities:
- Conduct inspections of homes and properties to assess pest problems
- Educate customers on treatment options and prevention plans
- Recommend and sell pest control services tailored to customer needs
- Build relationships with new and existing clients through follow-up and support
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales goals and targets
- Maintain accurate records of leads, appointments, and customer interactions
- Represent the company professionally in person, over the phone, and online
- Collaborate with service technicians to ensure a seamless customer experience
Qualifications:
- Sales experience is preferred but not required — we’ll train the right person
- Strong communication and people skills
- Self-motivated with a drive to succeed and meet goals
- Comfortable working in the field and visiting customer homes/businesses
- Basic computer or tablet skills for sales tracking and scheduling
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
