Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and efficient Parts Delivery driver and Stocker to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that products are stocked, organized, and readily available for customers. This role is vital to maintaining the flow of operations within our warehouse and retail environment, contributing to an exceptional shopping experience.
Duties
- Move and stock merchandise on shelves and displays in accordance with company standards.
- Make daily parts deliveries to local customers.
- Operate equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and manual transmission vehicles as needed for transporting goods.
- Assist in receiving deliveries and verifying the accuracy of incoming shipments.
- Perform heavy lifting tasks to ensure products are stored safely and securely.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the stock area to promote a safe working environment.
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with inquiries regarding product locations and availability.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize inventory management and ensure timely restocking of shelves.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a warehouse or retail environment is preferred.
- Ability to operate forklifts and pallet jacks; certification may be required.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members.
- Capable of performing heavy lifting tasks (up to 50 pounds) consistently throughout the shift.
- Experience with route driving or delivery driving is a plus.
- Must possess a valid driver's license if driving is required for the position.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills are essential for maintaining stock accuracy.
