Duties
- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages efficiently and accurately using POS systems
- Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to build rapport and enhance their overall experience.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food safety and food handling standards at all times.
- Manage cash handling responsibilities including cashiering, processing payments, and giving correct change using retail math skills.
- Monitor guest consumption responsibly, ensuring compliance with alcohol service laws and policies.
- Restock bar supplies regularly, including garnishes, glassware, and beverages to ensure smooth service during busy hours.
- Uphold all health regulations related to food safety, food handling, and responsible alcohol service.
- Use basic math skills for inventory management, sales tracking, and cash reconciliation at shift end.
- Contribute to a lively atmosphere by serving drinks confidently in settings such as hospitality events.
Skills
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during peak hours.
- Excellent customer service abilities to create welcoming environments for diverse guests.
- Pull tab experience is desirable
- Knowledge of the food industry standards related to food safety, food handling, and responsible alcohol service.
- Ability to perform retail math accurately for cash handling and inventory purposes.
- Familiarity with brewing processes or beverage crafting techniques is a plus.
