Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years old.
- Must be comfortable working in a smoking environment.
- Previous bartending or hospitality experience is preferred.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Responsibilities
- Verify customer identification and ensure compliance with alcohol service laws.
- Prepare and serve alcoholic beverages accurately and efficiently.
- Take food and beverage orders while providing excellent guest service.
- Make menu recommendations and upsell food and drink specials.
- Process payments and accurately handle cash and credit card transactions.
- Keep the bar clean, stocked, and organized.
- Clean bar equipment, glassware, and work areas.
- Work as part of a team to create a welcoming experience for every guest.
