Role Summary
Join our team as Marketing Manager and become one of the authors of our story. The Marketing Manager will be a key leader and author of our Stanly Ranch story. This role requires a foundational understanding of the luxury market and consumer with a strong focus on digital marketing. The Marketing Manager will have a strong entrepreneurial spirit, and be a self-starting team player that’s creative, innovative, and is willing to roll up their sleeves and deliver world class strategies in marketing, digital media, and partnerships. This role reports to the Area Director of Marketing and will support Stanly Ranch.
Core Responsibilities
The key responsibilities for this position are:

360 Marketing Strategy: Support and lead 360 marketing strategies for Tier 1 initiatives, seasonal campaigns, key partnerships and vacation home rental category. Develop and execute full funnel tactical plans across website, email, paid media, organic social media, PR, and influencer strategies. Create seasonal marketing calendars and timelines. Analyze weekly marketing results across key performance metrics to draw conclusions and strategize how to optimize tactics.

Support and manage relationship with external PR agency

Oversee and lead all media and tastemaker visits including date & rate confirmation, itinerary development and coordination, reservations, and travel arrangements. Communicate and share confirmations, itineraries, etc. with PR agency, tastemaker and/or agent.

Responsible for creation and distribution of VIP resumes/site forms internally, including clear communication of all needs and aspects of upcoming stays to property teams.

Champion all aspects of media stays (often required to host in person), ensuring each stay experience meets Auberge standards for service and accommodation.

Ensure all aspects of contractual agreement/media trade are adhered to

Ensure all press materials are regularly updated, share key initiatives, Experiences and Programming with PR agency for pitch development.

Draft quotes for key stories

Partnerships:

Lead and support execution for brand and press worthy partnerships.

Act as the point of contact with partners, negotiate and execute all partnership terms and deliverables.

Work and coordinate with property team to execute events.

Social Media:

Manage external social media partners providing day to day strategic guidance and feedback for Stanly Ranch (resort) and Bear (restaurant) accounts.

Occasionally capture video and photo content while onsite - event coverage, onsite experiences and weekly programming, behind the scenes of the property and key personalities (i.e. Executive Chef).

Responsible for maintaining, updating and optimizing Stanly Ranch website

Consistently refresh imagery and content across homepage and key category pages.

Lead website brief development inclusive of imagery selection and copy writing.

Create seasonal Experience, Programming and Events pages

Update weekly menus and fitness classes

Maintain Stanly Ranch presence of third party sites - google, tripadvisor, yelp, resy, opentable, expedia etc.

Email

Responsible for all creative development and email briefs. Coordinate with digital producers via project management platform to create elevated and engaging email.

Email development includes copy writing and imagery selection

Support cross functional and property team with personal outreach and communication

Paid Media
-
Lead digital advertising brief process in collaboration with Area Director of Marketing

Project manage review process between key stakeholders

Villa / Residential Marketing
-
A key function of this role will be supporting the Villa (vacation home rentals) launch - a new product category.

Help develop and launch dedicated marketing strategies to drive awareness and excitement for the new Villas.

Execute targeted tactics across paid media, email, website, social media and PR.

Community & Local Initiatives and

Conceptualize, develop and execute key marketing initiatives designed to attract the local Napa community to Stanly Ranch

Marketing Collateral & Creative Assets

Create marketing assets to support key initiatives and events in the form of printed and digital collateral (ie. flyers, magazine advertisements, digital ads and banners).

Includes creative development and layout as well as copy writing and design

Manage property photo shoots including building shotlist, run of show, coordinate with creative team and property team. Communicate all shoot needs with property departments.

Required Qualifications

5 years of technical experience in hospitality or customer-centric field

Well organized and able to work independently

Strong business acumen

Able to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple deadlines and quick turnarounds

Opera PMS management experience

POS systems experience

Technical understanding of network protocols and standards

Advanced understanding of Windows Client and Server operating systems
Preferred Qualifications

Advanced understanding of Group Policy/Active Directory Management and Windows System Components.

Comprehensive experience with Google Workspace

A , MCP or equivalent certifications
