In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities
- Perform a variety of administrative tasks to support the efficient operation of the office
- Answer inbound calls from customers to schedule our carpet cleaning jobs along with related products & services
- Provide outstanding customer service by assisting customers with inquiries, complaints, and product information
- Recommend products by understanding customer needs and recommending appropriate items.
- Obtain accurate order information from the customer
- Handle cash/credit card transactions accurately while ensuring compliance with money handling procedures.
- Ensure adherence to phone etiquette when responding to customer calls or inquiries.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
Skills
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on creating positive experiences.
- Proficient in retail sales techniques, including upselling and marketing our products/services
- Experience with cash handling and basic math calculations.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Excellent phone etiquette when taking customer calls, which will include technician phone calls as well

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $14.00 - $17.00 per hour
Expected hours: 38 – 42 per week
