We are looking for an experienced IT Lab Support Engineer with a strong background in Pharma or Biotech environments. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience supporting laboratory IT infrastructure and end-user systems within regulated environments.
Key Requirements:
- Experience working in Pharmaceutical or Biotech companies
- Strong understanding of GxP, GMP, and Non-GxP compliance environments
- Expertise in Desktop Support and Windows Support
- Hands-on experience with lab systems and laboratory IT support
- Knowledge of Empower and other laboratory applications/systems
- Experience troubleshooting hardware, software, and network-related issues in lab environments
- Ability to support lab instruments, workstations, printers, and peripheral devices
- Good understanding of IT infrastructure, ticketing systems, and user support processes
- Strong communication and coordination skills
