Job Description
We are looking for a Desktop Support Engineer to provide technical support for end users and ensure smooth operation of IT systems. The ideal candidate should have experience supporting Windows environments, troubleshooting hardware/software issues, and managing user accounts.
Required Skills
- 3 years of Desktop Support / IT Support experience
- Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11 and Microsoft Office 365
- Experience with Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, VPN, and user account management
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow or similar ticketing tools
- Experience troubleshooting desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices
- Knowledge of SCCM, Intune, or endpoint management tools
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
Responsibilities
- Provide Level 1/Level 2 desktop and end-user support
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and application issues
- Manage incidents and service requests through the ticketing system
- Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, and peripherals
- Support Microsoft 365 applications and remote users
- Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation
- Escalate complex issues when necessary and ensure SLA compliance
Preferred Qualifications
- Microsoft or ITIL certifications are a plus
- Experience in enterprise environments preferred
