This position is located in Estes Park, CO on Main Street

Duties

• Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service by understanding their needs and offering tailored product recommendations.
• Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems efficiently to process sales transactions accurately, including cash handling and credit card payments.
• Maintain attractive merchandising displays by stocking shelves, organizing products, and ensuring the sales floor is inviting and well-presented.
• Assist with inventory management through stock replenishment, stock rotation, and participating in regular inventory counts.
• Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette when answering inquiries or assisting customers remotely, ensuring clear communication at all times.
• Support the store’s sales goals by actively promoting special offers, new products, and upselling additional items to maximize revenue.
• Provide guidance to new team members if supervising experience is applicable, fostering a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• Previous retail sales experience is preferred, especially in retail stores or similar environments.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with diverse customers and team members.
• Bilingual abilities are a plus to serve a broader customer base more effectively.
• Familiarity with POS systems, and basic retail math for accurate transactions.
• Ability to stand for extended periods while maintaining a positive attitude throughout your shift.
• Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills to handle inquiries professionally.
• Experience in merchandising, stocking, and product demonstrations is highly desirable.
