IT Specialist - Help Desk

Standex International is looking for an IT Support Specialist to join our team!
In this role, you will provide onsite and remote support across North America and other regions; help drive reliable end user services in a fast-paced environment with occasional on call coverage. This role will emphasize Office 365 administration.

What You'll Do

• Provide end-user support onsite and remotely (including support across countries)
• Manage and resolve tickets in the ticketing system
• Administer user accounts and security groups in Active Directory
• Perform Office 365 administration (core requirement)
• Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours support
• Collaborate with IT team to triage and resolve incidents effectively

What You'll Bring

• Minimum 2 years working in a ticketing system
• Experience with onsite and remote support
• Must be a U.S. citizen (role supports CMMC controlled environments)
• Willingness to participate in an on-call rotation
• Office 365 administration experience (must have)
• Able to work in a fast paced environment and under pressure
