We are seeking a skilled and experienced Powerline Foreman to lead and oversee the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical power lines. Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of powerline crew members during installation, maintenance, and repair projects.
• Ensure all work complies with safety regulations, industry standards, and company policies.
• Plan and organize daily work schedules, materials, and equipment to meet project deadlines.
• Conduct safety briefings and training sessions for team members.
• Inspect work sites and oversee the proper use of tools and safety gear.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to powerline systems.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and clients to ensure project specifications are met.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and safety incidents.
  
  

Skills And Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Powerline Foreman or similar role in electrical or utility construction.
• Extensive knowledge of powerline installation, maintenance, and safety procedures.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and safety manuals.
• Valid driver’s license and relevant certifications (e.g., OSHA, CDL, First Aid).
• Physical fitness and ability to work at heights and in various weather conditions.
