Key Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and maintain overhead and underground electrical power lines and systems
• Climb utility poles and work at heights using appropriate safety equipment
• Respond to power outages and emergency situations promptly and efficiently
• Inspect lines and equipment to identify potential issues and perform necessary repairs
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure safe and effective project completion
• Follow all safety protocols and industry regulations to maintain a safe work environment
  
  

Skills And Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Powerline Lineman or similar role in electrical utility maintenance
• Ability to work at heights and in various weather conditions
• Strong understanding of electrical systems, safety procedures, and technical tools
• Excellent physical fitness, manual dexterity, and problem-solving skills
• Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or apprenticeship preferred
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record preferred
