THE POSITION
As a Folder Gluer Operator, you will play a crucial role in our packaging production process. You will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining folder gluer machines to produce high-quality folded and glued cartons and packaging materials. Your attention to detail, mechanical aptitude, and commitment to quality will contribute to our continued success in delivering top-notch packaging solutions to our clients.

REQUIREMENTS
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience as a Folder Gluer Operator in the packaging industry is highly preferred.
- Mechanical aptitude and the ability to troubleshoot and perform minor machine repairs.
- Strong attention to detail and quality.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Physical stamina and the ability to stand for extended periods and lift heavy materials.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and the ability to follow safety guidelines.
