Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Counter Sales Associate located in Riverside, CA. The individual in this position will provide exceptional customer service by assisting clients with product inquiries, processing sales transactions, and managing inventory. Day-to-day tasks include fostering positive customer relationships, promoting product knowledge, restocking shelves, and ensuring an organized and efficient sales counter environment.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage clients professionally and effectively
- Experience in Sales and Sales Management, with the ability to understand and promote products to meet customer needs
- Ability to provide Training and support to customers or team members when required
- Knowledge of plumbing, heating, and cooling products is a plus
- Proficiency in basic computer operations and sales software
- Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Must be dependable, organized, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
