Key Responsibilities
- Reconcile high-volume retail accounts by reviewing and matching debits, credits and deductions
- Research and resolve discrepancies including overages, shortages and chargebacks
- Issue credits in accordance with company policies and approval guidelines
- Prepare and submit disputes to customers for invalid deductions or discrepancies
- Maintain accurate documentation of account activity and dispute status
- Monitor aging reports to ensure accounts remain current and reconciled
- Collaborate with customer service to gather supporting documentation
- Strong understanding of debits, credits, chargebacks, and deductions
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas, data analysis)
