Primary Responsibilites
- Endorse and comply with all Standard Heating and Air Conditioning’s Safety policies and initiatives.
- Support and encourage an Employee Owner culture.
- Assist with incoming calls; schedule appointments.
- Assist with outbound calls.
- Assist with dispatching technicians as needed.
- Work with Customer Service Manager to ensure proper customer support is being delivered.
- Compiling data and reviewing reports as assigned.
- Ensure service agreement schedules are maintained in accordance with the contract requirements and customer expectations.
- Commercial Service agreement renewals and tracking.
- RES Service Agreements NEW communications.
- 60 Day COM Collections.
- Support technicians with bids/quotes while they are on site.
- Review WO for billing material & labor.
- 3rd party contact for operations.
- Orders filters for maintenance calls.
- Schedules lifts as needed.
- Process warranty parts, new and unused parts.
- Additional duties or responsibilities as assigned.
- Prior experience in a customer service or administrative role, preferably in HVAC or a service-related industry.
- Strong communication skills - both verbal and written - with the ability to handle calls professionally and clearly.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to learn and navigate company-specific software quickly.
- Professional and courteous with customers, technicians, and coworkers at all times.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm and helpful under pressure.
