ResponsibilitiesInspecting and tagging fire extinguishers, fire hosses, and other fire suppression equipment in accordance with NFPA and local fire codes at client locations.Perform hydrostatic testing and recharging of fire extinguishers as needed.Conduct routine maintenance on inspection equipment and vehiclesRefilling and replacing damaged or expired unitsDocumenting service logs and inspection reports and maintaining accurate records of inspections and maintenance performed.Advising clients on compliance and safety standards, providing excellent customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction.Provide recommendations for replacement or repairs of fire suppression equipment and systems as necessary.Participate in ongoing training and certification programsMaintain compliance with safety regulations and company policies.Perform other related duties as assignedRequired SkillsHigh school diploma or equivalent required;Vocational or technical school degree preferredCertification in extinguisher servicing desirableStrong knowledge of fire safety regulations and NFPA 10 standardsExperience with fire extinguisher inspections and maintenance would be an asset.Valid driver’s license OSHA 30 certification preferred
