No prior copier experience? No problem. If you have a "can-do" attitude, a mechanical mind, and a relentless work ethic, we will provide the specialized training you need to become a certified expert in the industry.
What You’ll Do
As a Field Technician, you are the face of our company. You’ll travel to client sites to ensure their office technology is running smoothly.
- Troubleshoot & Repair: Diagnose mechanical and software issues on multi-function printers (MFPs) and copiers.
- Preventative Maintenance: Perform routine "check-ups" to prevent equipment downtime.
- Customer Support: Clearly explain technical issues to non-technical clients with a friendly, professional demeanor.
- Installation: Set up and configure new equipment on client networks.
- Inventory Management: Keep your toolkit and vehicle stock organized and ready for the day.
Who You Are (Requirements)

- Mechanical Aptitude: You enjoy taking things apart to see how they work. Experience with small engine repair, HVAC, electronics, or even hobbyist PC building is a huge plus.

- Professionalism: You can represent our brand while working in various professional environments (law firms, hospitals, schools, etc.).

- Clean Driving Record: A valid driver’s license and a reliable history are required for travel between sites.
- Physical Ability: Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and spend much of the day standing, kneeling, or crouching.
