STAND 8 is seeking a Client Solutions Manager to drive revenue growth and expand market presence within a high-potential Atlanta territory. This role is responsible for generating new business, developing strategic client relationships, and delivering staffing and IT solutions that align with client needs. The position plays a critical role in achieving company growth objectives by owning the full sales lifecycle and collaborating cross-functionally with recruiting and delivery teams. Success in this role requires a strong entrepreneurial mindset, a results-driven approach, and the ability to influence long-term client partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and grow an Atlanta territory with full responsibility for pipeline generation and revenue targets
  • Generate new business through outbound prospecting, networking, and strategic client engagement
  • Build and expand relationships with enterprise clients and key decision-makers
  • Lead discovery conversations and position tailored staffing and IT solutions
  • Drive full sales lifecycle from prospecting through deal close and expansion
  • Translate client technical needs into actionable hiring and delivery strategies
  • Collaborate with recruiting teams to ensure successful delivery and client satisfaction
  • Mentor recruiters on market insights, client expectations, and role qualification
  • Consistently meet or exceed revenue, activity, and pipeline KPIs

Qualifications
Required:

  • 7 years of experience in technology staffing or IT solutions sales
  • Proven success generating net-new business and closing revenue-generating deals
  • Experience owning a sales territory and carrying a quota in a staffing or consulting environment
  • Strong understanding of technology landscapes and client hiring challenges
  • Demonstrated ability to build pipeline and close opportunities in competitive markets
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work independently and within a fast-paced, high-performance team.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

Preferred:

  • Established network within the Atlanta market
  • Experience selling both staffing and consulting/solutions engagements
  • Background supporting enterprise-level or Fortune 500 clients
  • Familiarity with recruiting workflows and delivery models
  • Familiarity with STAND 8 internal systems, processes, or methodologies.

Additional Details
The base salary range for this position is $95K - $110K annually, depending on experience.
Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Qualified applicants with arrest or conviction records will be considered.
