Sr. .NET developer

STAND 8 provides end to end IT solutions to enterprise partners across the United States and with offices in Los Angeles, New York, New Jersey, Atlanta, and more including internationally in Mexico and India.

The Senior .NET Developer will provide advanced technical leadership, analysis, and development expertise to support mission-critical applications in a fast-paced environment. Each developer will work independently on assigned applications, collaborating directly with application sponsors and IT teams to deliver high-quality solutions on schedule. This role requires strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, along with extensive experience developing high-volume web-based and cloud-based systems using modern Microsoft technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-level .NET applications


• Build scalable web applications, APIs, workflows, and backend services


• Analyze business and technical requirements and translate them into solutions


• Collaborate with developers, IT teams, and business stakeholders


• Participate in technical planning and strategic solution design


• Deliver presentations, demos, and knowledge transfer sessions


• Support cloud-hosted and modern responsive application development

Qualifications

Required:

• Must provide 3 professional references in order to submit, references need full contact information, including name / title / phone / email and some details about their related work experience


• Strong communication and collaboration skills


• Ability to work independently and within cross-functional teams


• Experience presenting technical solutions and conducting knowledge transfer sessions


• Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced enterprise environment

Preferred (Optional):

• 3 years of ASP.NET MVC


• 5 years of C# Programming


• 5 years of REST API / SOAP Web Services


• 3 years of JavaScript, jQuery, Bootstrap, HTML5, and CSS3


• 5 years of Angular


• 3 years of Entity Framework and SQL Server 2012


• 5 years of .NET Core


• Candidates with at least 3 years of experience in the following areas are highly preferred:


• Oracle 11g and PL/SQL programming


• PostgreSQL 9


• TypeScript and Node.js


• SSRS and SSIS


• Microservices architecture


• Cloud hosting and deployment (Azure or AWS)

Additional Details
The base range for this contract position is $60 - $70 / per hour, depending on experience. Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hires of this position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Qualified applicants with arrest or conviction records will be considered.
