What You'll Do:
- Assist carpenters and skilled trades on job sites
- Load, unload, and transport materials and tools
- Prepare and clean job sites
- Perform basic construction tasks, demolition, lifting, and material handling
- Use hand and power tools under supervision
- Follow safety procedures and wear required PPE
