Licensed Electrician

What You’ll Do
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and components, including fuses, lights, and wiring
- Inspect, test, and diagnose electrical systems to identify issues
- Perform work in compliance with NEC codes, blueprints, and industry standards
- Test systems and components to ensure proper functionality
- Complete service documentation accurately and timely
- Maintain proper inventory of supplies and parts
- Calibrate and perform preventative maintenance on electrical systems
- Troubleshoot and complete repairs efficiently
What We’re Looking For
- 3–5 years of field electrical experience (residential/light commercial preferred)
- Strong knowledge of current NEC codes
- Ability to diagnose, repair, and work on circuits ranging from 24 VDC to 480 Volt AC
- Experience installing conduit, Romex, MC cable, service cable, and underground wiring
- Ability to install electrical devices (receptacles, lights, ceiling fans, switches, smoke detectors, etc.)
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- Strong communication skills with both customers and colleagues
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred
- Completion of a formal apprenticeship and valid electrician’s license preferred
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to see color to discern color-coded wiring.
- Prolonged periods standing, kneeling, bending, and climbing ladders or scaffolding.
- Must be physically capable of pulling wires and cables through conduits.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at a time.
