- Retrieve the assigned device, headset, and pouch from the designated storage area, pair scanner, and device, and ensure proper setup for device functionality.
- Pull product from pick lines by responding to voice prompts and following instructions to locate and pick items from specific locations while keeping errors within current accuracy policy expectations.
- Pack products neatly in the box to ensure products arrive to the customer without damage.
- Keep a steady pace processing box, moving to available work, and assisting pickers throughout the pick line to ensure that boxes ship on time.
- Willingly participate in order fulfillment job rotations and special projects such as paper pumpkin and box build.
- Perform job functions safely and show initiative to maintain a safe and productive work environment.
REQUIREMENTS:
- High School graduate or equivalent.
- Basic English proficiency.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to stand and walk for a 10-hour shift.
- Ability to wear a headset or ear buds for a 10-hour shift.
- Ability to bend, reach and push boxes weighing up to 30 pounds regularly and 50 pounds occasionally onto conveyor.
- Basic technology skills.
