Hours and Responsibilities
This is a morning shift position from 4:30 am to 12:30 pm. As a Morning Food Quality Control Tech, you will ensure that all U.S.D.A. and S.S.O.P. documentation is properly handled and maintained, conduct tests on seasonings, batters, breadings, and marinades, monitor weight, length, and thickness, perform product pickups, metal detection checks, and box weight tracking, conduct organoleptic testing, and enforce Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs).
