What are the responsibilities and job description for the Superintendent position at Stallion Infrastructure Services?
Role Summary:
The Superintendent has great time management skills, customer service, and attention to detail while working within a small team. Position requires a self-starter, a person who follow directives and company policies as well as enforces them.
Role Priorities / Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and resolve technical problems related to the use of computers, printers, fax machine and all other related communications equipment Stallion uses in the field
- Complete all required paper work accurately, legibly and obtain proper approvals from job site manager.
- Communicate job progress to customers, and to Job managers and Technical Services
- Follow all guidelines and procedures of Stallion Oilfield Services and the department
- Adhere to all safety regulations with in Stallion Oilfield Services and that of our customers at all times
- Maintain positive working relationships with all employees
- Maintain a customer service attitude that is positive and productive
- Maintain all company tools and vehicles/trailers
- Ensure everyone on the team is trained to the standards
Essential Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Working knowledge of computer networking systems and components
- Able to troubleshoot with minimal remote guidance
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and SharePoint
- iDirect / isite experience
- Must have a valid driver’s license and a motor vehicle record that meets fleet insurance requirements
- Able to lead people and projects
- Demonstrates a strong work ethic
Experience, Education and/or Certification required (if applicable):
- Training from a two-year vocational school or equivalent training
- Degree in a relevant field, a plus
- 5 years of supervisory experience
