AI Prompt / Conversation Designer (Part-Time)
Title: AI Conversation Designer Type: Part-time (10–15 hrs/week) Comp: $3,000–$5,000/month
What You’ll Do
· Translate real estate workflows into AI conversations
· Design qualification logic (rentals, buyers, sellers)
· Write human-sounding SMS and email responses
· Create fallback and escalation messaging
· Continuously tune tone and trust
Ideal Background
· UX writer, CRM automation specialist, or former ISA
· Comfortable writing short, transactional messaging
· Understands how agents actually communicate
What Success Looks Like
· Leads feel “human-handled”
· Agents don’t feel the need to interrupt the AI
· Fewer escalations due to awkward language
