Duties
- Engage in outside sales efforts by reaching out to prospective clients through various channels, including telemarketing and community networking events.
- Conduct thorough client consultations to assess insurance needs across health, life, property, casualty, and commercial lines.
- Present customized insurance solutions that align with client requirements, emphasizing benefits and coverage options.
- Negotiate policy terms and premiums with clients to reach mutually beneficial agreements while maintaining regulatory compliance.
- Manage sales administration tasks using CRM systems to track leads, follow-ups, policy details, and client interactions efficiently.
- Build strong customer relationships through ongoing communication, exceptional service, and personalized support.
- Stay informed about industry trends, insurance regulation updates, and product knowledge to provide accurate guidance and maintain licensing requirements.
Skills
- Proven experience in outside sales, retail sales, or telemarketing with a focus on insurance products.
- Strong negotiation skills coupled with excellent communication abilities for client engagement and relationship building.
- Knowledge of health insurance, life insurance, property casualty insurance, and commercial insurance markets.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and CRM system platforms for sales tracking and client management.
- Multilingual or bilingual capabilities are highly desirable to serve diverse customer bases effectively.
- Analysis skills to evaluate client needs thoroughly and recommend suitable coverage options.
