We’re moving away from the traditional agency hierarchy.
I’m looking for a Creative Partner or Account Strategist who already has a foot in the door in the KC market. If you’re currently freelancing and tired of being a "one-man band" who has to handle billing, legal, and production alone, this is for you.
The Deal: You bring the leads and the strategy. We provide the engine. You get full access to our production studio, our creative team, and a brand name that helps you close high-dollar contracts you might be missing out on solo.
How it works:
- Transparency first: We use a revenue-share model. You keep the lion’s share of the accounts you bring in and manage.
- The Engine: You focus on the client and the vision. We handle the production, the tech stack, and the admin headaches.
- The Goal: Build a sales pipeline where the workers actually own their wins.
We aren't looking for someone to just sit in a chair and wait for tasks. We want someone who wants to run their own "agency within an agency" and keep the majority of what they kill.
