- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, mail, and packages with accuracy
- Maintain organized filing systems, data entry records, and ensure proper document proofreading
- Support office management tasks such as supply inventory, basic bookkeeping using QuickBooks, and filing
- Provide customer support by addressing inquiries with excellent phone etiquette and professionalism
- Assist with clerical duties such as typing reports, proofreading documents, and managing office supplies
Experience
- Previous office experience or administrative support roles preferred
- Proven clerical experience with strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Familiarity with multi-line phone systems and office management software (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace)
