Seeking a ServiceNow Product Architect to define and lead the technical architecture of the ServiceNow platform, ensuring it remains scalable, secure, and maintainable as the organization grows.

The architect works with stakeholders, process owners, developers, and enterprise architects to deliver efficient, user-centric capabilities across the platform. As a thought leader for ServiceNow, this role provides deep expertise across ITSM, ITOM, CSM, FSM, SPM, HRSD, HAM, SAM, and SecOps to maximize the platform’s value and impact.
DESIRED PROFESSIONAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field preferred
· 7–10 years of ServiceNow experience across architecture, development, and multiple
· modules (ITSM, ITOM, CSM, FSM, SPM, HRSD, HAM, SAM, SecOps).
· Proven ability to design scalable, secure, maintainable, and upgrade-ready ServiceNow
· solutions aligned with enterprise architecture and best practices.
· Hands-on experience leading technical design sessions, guiding implementations, and
· mentoring developers, admins, and configuration specialists.
· Strong expertise in integrations, including MID Server, REST/SOAP APIs, Integration Hub,
· and data pipelines, ensuring secure, efficient, and scalable connections.
· Skilled in overseeing CMDB and foundation data, ensuring accuracy, compliance with
· CSDM, and guiding data migration, reconciliation, and federation strategies.
· Ability to define and enforce platform standards, smart customization strategies, environment
· governance, and license optimization.
· Excellent collaboration and advisory skills, translating business needs into technical solutions
· and partnering with stakeholders, enterprise architects, and ServiceNow partner teams.
· Preferred: ServiceNow certifications (Certified System Administrator (CSA), Certified
· Implementation Specialist (CIS), Certified Technical Architect (CTA)) and ITIL v4
· Foundation certification
