This is a full-time on-site role for a Pega Senior System Architect located in Holly Springs, NC. The Pega Senior System Architect will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing robust and scalable Pega-based solutions. Duties include system architecture design, system integration, software development, and working collaboratively with teams to ensure delivery of high-quality technical solutions. The role will involve addressing complex system requirements and designing solutions that align with business needs and technical best practices.

• Expertise in System Architecture and Systems Design, with the ability to create scalable and efficient solutions
• Proficiency in Software Development with strong skills in coding, debugging, and testing
• Experience in Systems Engineering and optimizing processes for technical solutions
• Strong knowledge of Integration, including workflows, APIs, and other system interdependencies
• Certification as a Pega Certified Senior System Architect (CSSA) or higher is highly preferred
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to address complex technical challenges
• Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work in cross-functional teams
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
