What You'll Be Doing
Our team endeavors to keep Transfer Express competitive. We do this by using the latest in manufacturing, sales, and marketing techniques and investing in our greatest asset, our employees. The future shows much promise and plenty of room for growth as our company continues to succeed year after year.
- Reclaiming of screens immediately after printing is complete
- Prioritizing screens and orders
- Helping to move inks, screens, powder to presses and throughout department
- Ability to work within a team
- Inspecting and prepping of screens before use
- Basic quality checks of transfers and screens
- Setup and teardown between jobs
- Prepare ink from recipe- must be highly accurate
- Willingness to jump in and help where needed
- Awesome work environment with a collaborative working space.
- A clear connection between your work and an impact on customers.
- Ability to follow demonstrated directions
- Attention to detail
- Good communication skills
- Willingness to float to Print floor when business needs demand it
- Ability to lift 40 lbs.
- Ability to plan ahead.
