What You'll Be Doing
Our team endeavors to keep Transfer Express competitive. We do this by using the latest in manufacturing, sales, and marketing techniques and investing in our greatest asset, our employees. The future shows much promise and plenty of room for growth as our company continues to succeed year after year.
- Oversee and coach all employees in department on specific shift
- Basic knowledge of Transfer Express products and equipment in direct to film department
- Will need to help run printers, cut, weed, and process
- Learn how to troubleshoot quality issues
- Ensure the safe use of the equipment and enforce safety guidelines
- Understand current printing and QC processes
- Set and communicate production goals
- Monitor production output and identify issues
- Awesome work environment with a collaborative working space.

- Able to stand for 8-10 hour shifts, bend, lift 10 lbs
