Duties
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and customer preferences.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils.
- Engage with customers, providing friendly service and recommendations based on their preferences.
- Handle cash transactions accurately, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed.
- Monitor inventory levels, restocking supplies as needed to ensure the bar is fully stocked at all times.
- Comply with all food safety regulations and responsible alcohol service guidelines.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food orders and ensure timely service.
- Manage time effectively during busy shifts to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Bartender in a nightclub or fine dining setting is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of mixology, brewing techniques, and beverage preparation methods.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on hospitality and guest satisfaction.
- Ability to perform basic math calculations for cash handling and drink pricing.
- Familiarity with food safety practices and regulations in the hospitality industry.
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during peak hours.
- Must be at least 21 years of age or older, as required by law.
