Responsibilities
Program & Project Leadership
- Lead large-scale, complex technical programs from initiation through successful delivery.
- Develop detailed program and project plans including scope, objectives, milestones, timelines, and resource allocation.
- Align multiple cross-functional teams toward common program goals and delivery milestones.
- Manage stakeholder expectations through consistent communication and status reporting at multiple levels.
- Generate and maintain project forecasts in PM systems, monitoring actuals and analyzing resource needs.
- Coordinate resource allocation to ensure project teams are properly supported.
- Facilitate quarterly planning processes, ensuring strategic alignment and dependency management across teams.
- Drive synchronization across multiple agile teams to support program success.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project and program risks proactively.
- Ensure adherence to project quality standards through rigorous validation and testing processes.
- Manage impediments and escalate issues to ensure continuous program momentum.
- Advocate for and promote agile principles and methodologies across teams.
- Facilitate cross-team collaboration to remove dependencies and enable continuous integration and delivery.
- Drive continuous improvement of project management processes, tools, and methodologies.
- Support vendor selection, engagement, and performance oversight.
- Coordinate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful program execution.
- Utilize enterprise tools such as JIRA and Smartsheet for planning, tracking, and execution.
- Maintain accurate program documentation and reporting within project management systems.
- Proven experience as a Technical Program Manager leading complex technical initiatives from conception to completion.
- Strong track record of delivering large-scale, cross-functional technical programs.
- Exceptional leadership skills with experience managing diverse stakeholder groups.
- Expertise in project planning, forecasting, and resource coordination.
- Strong experience in risk management and quality assurance practices.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple agile teams and facilitate cross-team collaboration.
- Experience facilitating quarterly planning and strategic task coordination.
- Proficiency with JIRA, Smartsheet, and enterprise PM tools.
- Experience with vendor management and selection.
- Excellent communication, reporting, and organizational skills.
