Senior Manager, Field Administration, Commercial Strategy & Operations (Hybrid – Lawrenceville, NJ)
We are seeking a Senior Manager, Field Administration for our global pharmaceutical client. This role involves key leadership responsibilities, and requires collaboration with internal teams and external partners, communication and presentations to business unit VP’s, overseeing centralized operational activities that incentivize and enable field execution with a focus on process improvement. This role is also responsible for making key decisions regarding the client’s Winner Circle incentive trips, IMPACT point allocation, and other reward/recognition programs. You will work closely with Sales Leadership, Field Strategy and Operations, and several cross-functional teams (ex. Fleet, Travel/Meeting Planning, IT, HR, Finance, Legal/Compliance, Incentive Compensation, T&E Management). You will report directly to the Associate Director, Commercial Operations, which includes Samples Management.
This is a 40-hour per-week, 12-month contract (extensions possible), 50% onsite at the client’s office in Lawrenceville, NJ.
This is a W2 role as a Stage 4 Solutions employee. Health benefits and a 401K are offered.

Responsibilities
Credentialing & Licensing
- Oversee the end-to-end process for hospital/institution credentialing and state/jurisdictional licensing.
- Manage routine credentialing requests, escalations, and field structure/roster changes.
- Maintain and update field training resources related to licensing and credentialing.
- Own vendor relationships for third-party services (credentialing, medical screening, background checks).
- Ensure compliance with jurisdictional requirements in consultation with Legal & Compliance.
- 5 years of experience in field operations, marketing operations, meeting planning, finance, or a related field.
- Proven ability to manage project budgets and vendor relationships.
- Strong enterprise mindset with a track record of process improvement.
- Experience working in a matrixed environment and leading cross-functional teams.
- Comfortable engaging with and presenting to senior leadership.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
