Sample & Studio Coordinator (Onsite San Francisco, CA)
We are seeking a Sample & Studio Coordinator for our global retail client. In this role, you will manage seasonal product samples, support creative studio operations, maintain sample organization, and partner with visual merchandising teams to ensure studio readiness and efficiency.
This is a 40-hour per week, 6-month contract (possible extension), an onsite role in San Francisco, CA.
This is a W2 role as a Stage 4 Solutions employee. Health benefits and a 401K are offered.
Responsibilities
Manage and organize seasonal product samples for use by the creative studio and visual merchandising team.
Track sample arrivals, maintain accurate records, and communicate any delays or issues to the appropriate teams.
Assemble and maintain sample racks and closets to ensure accessibility and organization.
Support studio set preparation and maintain overall studio cleanliness and efficiency.
Assist with seasonal projects and coordinate sample donations in collaboration with the visual merchandising team.
Prioritize and manage tasks to meet deadlines and support team goals.
Support with photographing studio.
Requirements
1 2 years of experience in retail, studio, or sample management preferred.
Strong organizational and planning skills with a proactive, detail-oriented mindset.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Excel, email, and the ability to quickly learn new systems.
Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
Strong sense of accountability and attention to detail, especially regarding data accuracy.
