We are seeking a Change Management/Training Lead for our global client. In this role, you will support change management activities focused on driving culture change and helping leaders achieve sustainable performance improvements through building greater capability for change within their teams and organizations. You will support organizational readiness assessments, evaluate findings, and contribute to change management and training strategies for successful program rollouts.
This is a 40-hour per week, 8-month contract (possible extension), a hybrid role in San Francisco Bay Area, California. The Candidate should be able to come into the client's office once or twice weekly.
This is a W2 role as a Stage 4 Solutions employee. Health benefits and a 401K are offered.
Responsibilities
Oversee activities focused on driving culture changes by helping leaders achieve sustainable performance improvements through building greater capability for change within their workforces and teams.
Conduct organizational readiness assessments, evaluate results, and present summaries of findings prior to recommending change plans to project teams and senior leaders.
Understand and advise leadership teams on Organizational Development, Change, or Behavioral Change issues that may need to be addressed for successful rollouts.
Support the Change Management Lead for the OMP program as the Training Lead.
Synthesize change impacts by persona into training strategies and plans.
Develop course outlines and create training materials including FAQs, VILT materials, overview presentations, and stakeholder update presentations.
Learn new tools and systems as needed while working in ambiguous environments.
Requirements
6 years of experience supporting organizational change activities and culture change initiatives.
Experience conducting organizational readiness assessments.
Experience developing training strategies, training plans, course outlines, and training materials.
Experience creating FAQs, VILT materials, overview presentations, and stakeholder update presentations.
Experience managing review and approval cycles for training and engagement materials.
