Event Producer Virtual, Hybrid & Live Events (Onsite - New York, NY OR San Francisco, CA)
We are seeking an experienced Event Producer Virtual, Hybrid & Live Events to lead the production and execution of high-profile enterprise events, including executive town halls, earnings broadcasts, leadership summits, conferences, and hybrid meetings for our global retail client. This role owns the end-to-end event production lifecycle, partnering with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver polished, engaging, and technically flawless experiences. The ideal candidate has extensive experience producing large-scale Zoom events, managing executive presenters, directing live broadcasts, and building repeatable production processes within a fast-paced enterprise environment.
This is a 40-hour per week, 6-month contract (possible extension), an onsite role in New York, NY OR San Francisco, CA.
This is a W2 role as a Stage 4 Solutions employee. Health benefits and a 401K are offered.
Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end production and execution of virtual, hybrid, and live enterprise events from planning through post-event wrap-up.
Design technical agendas, show flows, audience engagement strategies, and production plans aligned with event objectives.
Serve as the primary production lead for keynote sessions, general sessions, executive town halls, and enterprise broadcasts.
Direct live broadcasts and make real-time production decisions while coordinating with technical crews and stakeholders.
Manage multiple event workstreams simultaneously while maintaining exceptional quality and execution.
Own speaker management, including scheduling, communications, technical rehearsals, recordings, and live event support.
Coach executives and senior leaders on virtual presentation delivery and on-camera presence.
Coordinate presentation assets including slides, videos, demos, and remote speaker integrations.
Create and maintain production documentation including run-of-show documents, cue sheets, rehearsal schedules, timelines, and logistics plans.
Manage content collection, version control, and final production assets before each event.
Conduct post-event production reviews and implement continuous process improvements.
Partner with cross-functional teams, technical production vendors, and external agencies to ensure successful event delivery.
Requirements
5 8 years of experience in corporate event production, live broadcast production, or virtual event management.
Extensive hands-on experience producing large-scale Zoom webinars, town halls, all-hands meetings, and virtual conferences using advanced Zoom production controls.
Experience producing keynote presentations and general sessions with responsibility for show flow and live event direction.
Experience managing executive presenters, speaker rehearsals, and presentation coaching.
Strong knowledge of virtual event platforms, broadcast production tools, enterprise AV environments, and live streaming technologies.
Experience creating production documentation including run-of-show documents, cue sheets, rehearsal plans, and event timelines.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple enterprise events and competing priorities simultaneously.
Strong organizational, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
Experience working with cross-functional teams, technical vendors, and external production agencies.
Bachelor's degree in Communications, Media Production, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
