STAFFXPERT LLC is seeking an Endur Developer on behalf of our client in Houston, TX. This role is ideal for a skilled professional with strong expertise in energy trading and risk management systems, particularly within the OpenLink Endur platform. The ideal candidate will bring a blend of technical proficiency and domain knowledge in commodities trading environments, contributing to the development and enhancement of critical trading and risk solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Develop, enhance, and support solutions within the Endur platform
- Work with AVS (legacy) and JVS (current/future state) scripting
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions
- Integrate Endur with upstream and downstream systems
- Perform SQL development, optimization, and data modeling
- Troubleshoot and resolve system issues across trading, risk, and operations modules
- Ensure system stability, performance, and scalability
- 3 years of hands-on Endur development experience (5 years preferred)
- Strong expertise in AVS and JVS scripting
- Proficiency in Java within the Endur/OpenComponents framework
- Advanced SQL skills (complex joins, performance tuning, data modeling)
- Deep understanding of Endur modules (Trading, Risk, Operations, Accounting)
- Experience working with commodities such as natural gas, crude, coal, or metals
- Knowledge of integrations with trading systems, back-office systems, and data warehouses
- Familiarity with Git and CI/CD practices
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities
- Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to adapt to evolving technologies and business needs
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Capability to translate business requirements into effective technical solutions
- Experience in the financial services domain
