Job Summary
STAFFXPERT LLC is seeking an AEM Business Analyst on behalf of our client in an onsite location. We are looking for a highly skilled professional with extensive experience in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and business analysis. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring the successful delivery of digital experience and content management solutions.
Key Responsibilities

Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements for AEM-based projects.

Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, architects, and development teams to define project scope and objectives.

Translate business needs into detailed user stories, process flows, and functional specifications.

Facilitate workshops, stakeholder meetings, and requirement-gathering sessions.

Support solution design discussions and ensure alignment with business goals.

Coordinate testing activities, including user acceptance testing (UAT), and validate delivered solutions.

Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend best practices for AEM implementations.

Serve as a liaison between business and technical teams throughout the project lifecycle.
Required Qualifications

8 years of experience in Information Technology.

8 years of experience working with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).

Strong background in business analysis, requirements gathering, and documentation.

Experience creating business requirement documents (BRDs), functional specifications, and user stories.

Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Experience working in Agile and/or Scrum environments.
Preferred Qualifications

Knowledge of digital content management and customer experience platforms.
