Job Overview:
IT Project Manager
Responsible for end-to-end delivery of assigned IT initiatives, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. This role will work closely with business stakeholders, IT delivery teams, vendors, and the IT Program Delivery Lead to execute approved projects and support program-level objectives.
Please find below some further relevant experience and capabilities:
- Proven experience in managing projects for quality and regulated systems
- Prior experience working with Quality Management Systems (QMS)
- Familiarity with Client's Software Life Cycle (SLC) processes and associated tools:
- ProcessX (ServiceNow-based module) for document management, including drafting, reviews, and approvals
- Client ALM for tracking requirements, installation instructions, capturing installation evidence, test cases, execution, and requirements traceability
- M-Files as a legacy document management system
- Experience in handling data privacy and compliance requirements, including:
- GDPR compliance
- 21 CFR Part 11 compliance
Core Responsibilities
Project Planning & Execution
- Manage project execution using appropriate delivery frameworks
Stakeholder & Communication Management
- Facilitate project meetings (kickoff, status, risk/issue reviews, steering updates)
- Provide clear, concise project status reporting (schedule, budget, risks, dependencies)
- Proactively manage expectations and escalate issues when necessary
Risk, Issue, and Dependency Management
- Identify, assess, and track project risks and issues
- Develop and execute mitigation and contingency plans
- Manage cross-project and cross-team dependencies
- Escalate critical risks and issues with data-driven recommendations
Delivery Quality & Governance
- Ensure deliverables meet functional requirements and quality standards
- Support testing, deployment, and transition-to-operations activities
Technical & Delivery Skills
- Strong understanding of:
- Client SLC is preferred
- Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid methodologies
- Project scheduling and dependency management
- Ability to quickly grasp technical concepts and system architectures
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and outcomes-focused
