Experienced Drivers Work History Guidelines
Wage Range: 25.00 - 27.00 per hour
- Home Daily day shift
- Monday-Friday, with optional work on weekends for additional pay
- $27 per hour for Hazmat Drivers
- $250-$300 daily average (1,200-$1,500 weekly average)
- Intermodal operations, 1099 position
- Must have 2 years of CDL-A experience

Additional Details:
Work Schedule and Operation
- Solo Home Daily
- Shift starts by 8 AM to 5 AM - 40 hours per week , 30 mins lunch break , Two 15 minutes mini breaks
- Monday to Friday (Weekend is available if the driver is willing)
- Weekends off
- Intermodal operations
- No forced dispatch
Equipment
- 2016 – 2019 Freightliner Cascadia
- Both Manual and Automatics
- 24/7 roadside assistance
- No Slip seating
Compensation and Benefits
- $1200 - $1500 weekly (averaging $250-$300 per day)
- Flat rates depending on locations
- 1099 structure
- Direct Deposit
- Paid training at $100 per day (on first pay check)
- Detention after 2 hours at the receiver @ $22.50 per hour
- No Med benefits
Orientation
- On-site 4-5 days
- Face-to-face interview
- Drug test (Urine) and Training
Job Requirements:
- Must be at least 23 years of age.
- Must have a CDL-A
- Operator must domicile within 50 miles radius preferably in Louisville KY or Cincinnati, OH.
- The Operator must provide a copy of their DOT Med card and the back and front of CDLA.
Experienced Drivers Work History Guidelines
- Must have 2 years of CDL-A experience in Intermodal operations
Wage Range: 25.00 - 27.00 per hour
